Gasoline Mouth (The Scarecrow Frequency)

So I never really talk about the shit I listen too, mostly because I'm a paranoid freak. There's this guy from Alaska... John Argetsinger, who has been making music since around the 2000s. He had a record label named "Somber Atlantic Records" which later merged with "The Static Cult Label" in 2009 (judging from archives of the website). TSCL later got shut down in 2014 by the original founder Clay Parton (of Duster). John still makes music under this name (the latest being from October I believe?) and a new album is about to release. I think it's a good time to talk about this one here, it's a hard listen but trust me... this shit rocks. It's starts with an instrumental before getting to my favorite track "Taser", where at the half way point... John starts screaming into his microphone which stays consistant with the next two tracks. Love the guitars and drums. The title track is eh. It's not my favorite out of the rest. The EP ends with some hypnotic guitars and the vocals calmed down back to more somber levels. It's not a release that you get used to instantly, but maybe someday you'll give it a shot and might actually like it. This might've also inspired some ideas for the EP I'm working on but I won't spoil too much.
